The monograph by the artists collective U5 covers the first thirteen years of their artistic practice. The associative and simultaneous thinking in the creation process was central to this project.
The enormous archive of images collected by U5 is a core element of this publication. The images appear in visual categories suggested by the authors to complement the texts. The artist pages were designed by U5 in response to the book production process and illustrate the deep immersion into their own archive.
